Shipping
Processing time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
UK delivery: Estimated 2-4 working days via Royal Mail and 1-2 days via DPD.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, contact us at support@lostinhound.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund right away.
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
